Reservation Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Reservation: PITCH: in high-season from 3 July till 28 August you can only book for 7,14,21,28 days etc, from Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday, Sunday-Sunday or Monday-Monday. If you wish to have a specific pitch a € 30,00 booking fee applies. If you don`t wish to specify a certain pitch this fee is not due. Out of season a pre-payment isn`t required and you may book any days you require. CHALETS and/or MOBILE HOMES: in high season bookings are only possible Friday-Friday, however out of season you can also book Friday-Monday or Monday-Friday. We ask for a pre-payment, within 6 weeks of booking of at least 50% of your bill. We will send you our bank details. The remainder must be payed by 1 June, at the time of booking if booked after 15 May or 6 weeks before your arrival. Your pitch, chalet or mobile home must be paid for in full before your arrival. After booking confirmation cancellation, postponement, shortening or lengthening of your booking is no longer possible. You must inform us by telephone if you intend to arrive after 6 pm otherwise your pitch will be made available to other customers. If you intend to arrive a day later you MUST call us the day before, even if we have previously been informed. Cancellations are not refunded, therefore we recommend travel insurance. Reservations are not transferable.
