Reservation Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation, you agree to the following reservation terms and conditions as well as the applicable campsite and house rules of Europacamping Nommerlayen.

1. Reservation and Payment

  • Camping pitches and rental accommodation can be reserved according to the applicable price list and booking periods.

  • After making a reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by email or post.

  • The invoice must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice. Once payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

  • If the invoice is not paid within the specified period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and re-let the pitch or accommodation.

  • The reservation cannot be transferred to a third party.

  • The reservation is valid for the number of people stated at the time of booking. Any changes to the number of guests, as well as additional guests or pets, must be reported to reception in advance. Any additional costs will be charged accordingly.

  • Changes to the booked period, pitch or accommodation are only possible after consultation with and confirmation by Europacamping Nommerlayen.

2. Cancellation, Late Arrival and Early Departure

  • In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, no refund will be given for unused nights or services.

  • In the event of early departure, we reserve the right to re-let the vacated pitch or accommodation. Even if the pitch or accommodation is re-let, this does not entitle the guest to a full or partial refund.

  • We therefore strongly recommend taking out cancellation and/or travel insurance.

  • In the event of exceptional official travel restrictions or restrictions imposed by the authorities that make a stay in our region impossible, we will inform affected guests of the options available at that time.

3. Arrival and No-Show

  • If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact reception on +352 87 80 78.

  • If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive on the agreed arrival date, we reserve the right to re-let the pitch or accommodation.

  • In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be given.

4. Camping Pitches

  • Your camping pitch is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • On the day of departure, the pitch must be completely vacated and left clean by 11:00 AM at the latest.

  • We will do our best to take requests for a specific pitch into account.

  • A pitch number stated in the booking confirmation is, in principle, reserved for you. However, in exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to allocate another, as far as possible equivalent, pitch. If this happens, we will inform you.

5. Rental Accommodation

  • Your rental accommodation is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.

  • The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.

  • If you do not wish to carry out the final cleaning yourself, a €100 cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Upon arrival, a €100 cash deposit is required.

  • Any damage, missing inventory or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

6. Responsibility and Conduct

  • The person in whose name the reservation is made is responsible for all accompanying guests and visitors and for ensuring that the campsite rules are respected.

  • Any damage caused by the guest, accompanying guests, children, pets or visitors may be charged to the person who made the reservation.

  • The applicable campsite, house and safety rules of Europacamping Nommerlayen must be respected throughout the entire stay.

  • In the event of serious or repeated violations of our rules, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave the campsite. In this case, no refund will be given for the remaining nights.

7. Prices and Obvious Errors

  • The prices and conditions confirmed at the time of booking apply.

  • Obvious typing, printing, calculation or system errors relating to prices or booking information are not binding on Europacamping Nommerlayen. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

If, due to exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances, Europacamping Nommerlayen is unable to provide a booked service as agreed, we will work with the guest to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an equivalent alternative, rebooking or another suitable solution.
