We're not bringing much new stuff now, but just wish you a safe trip and we, the front desk and the whole Nommerlayen team, look forward to meeting you soon.
Upon arrival, you will receive free personalized cards (for a stay of less than 4 nights, loan cards with a deposit of 5 euros each). If you already have these cards, take them with you so we can top them up. You can also email me so I can release the passes to drive and you will come back later today (or the next day) to sign up.
We get a lot of questions about how the cards work.
Here is a brief explanation:
Everything that enters through the barrier, the water and the use of the bathroom is recorded. Therefore, do not let anyone enter the sauna or the bathroom for free, vandalism and dirt will then be registered in your name!
The cards have the functions:
- You use them for the barrier (the main booker can only enter and exit by car).
- Since we offer free SHOWERS, we put 10 units (or 5 minutes) per person per day on everyone's cards. You can also wash dishes with the card, but no check mark is subtracted.
- The third function is that you can put MONEY on these cards. What can you pay with this?
* If you run out of shower ticks, the card automatically continues with cash.
* Washing machines € 5.25, tumble dryer € 4.75, free wringer and ironer € 0.50, dishwasher in the two sanitary buildings € 0.60.
Of course, you will receive the residual money at the start! But just tell us there's something left on it. Nommerlayen cards can be reloaded at reception and at the machine on the terrace.

The campsite has WIFI (in almost all places) and is suitable for surfing the net, downloading is not possible (so download our application at home). Surfing is free. Internet on the bar computer is also free.

For quick check-in we ask you to bring your passport or ID card to reception. Also 75 € deposit for rental accommodation (this must be paid in cash, so no pin option!). Are you going to verify your registration details? If something is wrong, can you email us ASAP?

The camping pitches are available from 1 p.m. and departure before 12 p.m. Rental accommodation from 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
Departure exceptions for camping pitches:
- In low season, you can leave (always on request at reception or by email) until 3 p.m. This if the place is no longer occupied on the same day.
- In low season, you can leave (always on request at reception or by e-mail) until 5 p.m. if you have a leader card. This if the place is no longer occupied on the same day.
Electricity billed according to consumption (for camping pitches). At the end of your stay we will check whether you will get a refund of your advance or what additional payment needs to be made. We therefore always ask you to unsubscribe during short stays.

As soon as the mail arrives, we deliver it to your home / accommodation. It is therefore important that you ask to indicate your seat number on the letter.

The campsite store offers fresh rolls and bread every day. Ordering is only done during quiet times, as soon as the crowds start you can just pick up without ordering.
Larger supermarkets can be found, for example, in Mersch (Aldi, Liddl, Topaze, Cactus)

The weather forecast, tips for outings, changes to the entertainment program (also online) and much more are always available on the information screens of the shop, bar and reception, and you will also find them on our app.

The reception of Nommerlayen
